The Russian military is using new mobile tactics in the conflict zone in Ukraine, which makes it much harder for the Ukrainians to detect them.

Axar.az informs that the "New York Times" reported on this.

According to reports, Russian military personnel are increasingly using electric scooters, motorcycles, and quad bikes, allowing them to rapidly deploy across the front lines:

"If you shoot a technical unit with 15 military personnel, it is possible and quite easy to do. But when these 15 people are riding electric scooters, it becomes a serious problem."
