Israeli jets strike Syrian military base near Damascus

Israeli fighter jets have attacked the base of the former 90th Tank Brigade of the Syrian army, located near the city of Sasa, 20 km south of Damascus.

Axar.az reports that this information was shared by the Al-Hadath television channel.

Following the airstrike, several loud explosions were heard at the military facility.

It was reported that the base also housed Iran-backed groups, as well as missile systems and electronic warfare equipment.
