Biden’s refusal to talk to Putin is his biggest mistake

Biden's main mistake is that he has never spoken with Russian President Vladimir Putin during the more than two years of full-scale war.

Axar.az reports that Keith Kellogg, incoming special representative for Ukraine made this statement.

"That is one thing that the president does - he talks to adversaries and allies a lot. And he knows it's a tough one, but he knows that you need to talk to people, and that's what he is going to do," Kellogg emphasized.
