Erdogan urges Italy to lift Syria sanctions

Sanctions against Syria should be removed.

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this in a telephone conversation with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

During the telephone conversation, the Turkish leader said that it is necessary to take action for the restoration of Syria without wasting time.

Erdogan called on Italy to lead the lifting of sanctions against Syria.
