The cease-fire in Gaza is, of course, important to Turkiye, and Turkiye wants the cease-fire to last.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said these thoughts during a joint press conference held in Baku on January 18 with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.

The minister noted that Turkiye will take the necessary steps in this regard.

"The stability of neither Israel nor Palestine is possible without the process of normalization in the region," the minister added.
