Gaza ceasefire begins after delay

The first phase of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip took effect at 13:15 Baku time after a delay of almost three hours.

Axar.az reports that this was shared after the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office received the hostage list.

Since the morning hours, the Israeli military has been shelling Gaza. As a result of the airstrikes, 13 people have been killed, and 25 others have been injured.

It should be noted that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had instructed the military to continue operations until the ceasefire agreement took effect.
