Trump allows to deport illegal migrants without court order

The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has broadened the powers of US law enforcement agencies, having allowed them to deport illegal migrants through "expedited removal" process, meaning without the decision of an immigration court.

Axar.az reports that this is stated in the department's notice.

"The effect of this change will be to enhance national security and public safety — while reducing government costs — by facilitating prompt immigration determinations. This decision will ensure the prompt removal from the United States of those not entitled to enter, remain, or be provided relief or protection from removal."
