EU military head: Troops in Greenland needed

European troops should be stationed in Greenland.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by General Robert Briger, head of the European Union (EU) Military Committee.

“The island has important geopolitical importance. It has rich raw material reserves. In addition, important international trade and transport routes pass through the island,” the general noted
