Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will make his first foreign visit to Russia.

Axar.az reports that Dmitry Krutoy, head of the Belarusian Presidential Administration, confirmed this.

“Lukashenko himself announced his first visit. It will, of course, be to the Russian Federation. He will hold talks with the Russian president, and several related events are possible. We are currently working on them,” Krutoy stated.

Notably, Alexander Lukashenko won the presidential election held on January 26 with 86.82% of the vote.
