France withdraws troops from Senegal

France has begun withdrawing its troops from Senegal.

Axar.az reports that the Marshal, Saint-Exupéry, and Comte-Admiral Prote bases have already been handed over to the Senegalese military.

It was stated that the French contingent must completely leave Senegal by September.

It should be noted that before this, the French army completely withdrew from Chad.
