Axar.az informs that Armenian media reported on the meeting.

During the discussions, the sides addressed the prospects for the development of the strategic partnership between Armenia and the United States, the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process, and the possibilities of opening regional communication.

The participants emphasized the importance of ensuring peace and stability in the region, as well as implementing the Armenian government's "Crossroads of Peace" initiative. Prime Minister Pashinyan reaffirmed his government’s commitment to the peace agenda and underlined the significance of the U.S. role in strengthening stability in the South Caucasus.

Notably, the senator and congressmen Pashinyan met are known for their pro-Armenian stance. The delegation led by Senator Roger Wicker visited Armenia on July 2 last year, during which they also inspected the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and discussed the socio-economic situation and tourism potential of Jermuk "on-site".

Frank Pallone, in particular, is infamous face in Azerbaijan. He even visited Baku during COP29 and is on Azerbaijan’s blacklist.
