Ryabkov emphasized that the administration of former US President Joe Biden relied on hybrid warfare, included it in its documents, and instilled in its allies in various configurations the idea of ​​the possibility of a strategic defeat for Russia. As a result, the confrontational content of relations between Russia and the United States has increased and today has become very acute.
