The administration of ex-US President Joe Biden had no strategy for Ukraine, special envoy of the US President for Russia and Ukraine Keith Kellogg said at the Munich Security Conference.

Axar.az reports citing TASS.

The administration of US President Donald Trump clearly stated the intention to bring the conflict in Ukraine to an end during the first twenty-five days of its work, Kellogg noted. "That is not what you heard from the last administration," he stressed.

The approach of Biden’s administration was essential that Washington would support Kyiv "as long as it takes, as much as it takes," the special envoy noted. "That's a bumper sticker. That's not a strategy," Kellogg stressed, adding that at least a strategy should be developed to implement such an approach.
