Vance links support to Germany's free speech

Of course, we remain allies, but our support depends on whether we move in the right direction.

Axar.az reports that US Vice President James David Vance said this while discussing relations with Germany.

Vance linked the US military presence in Germany with freedom of speech:

“The American taxpayer finances Germany’s defense. Does anyone believe that if Germans are arrested for a cruel tweet, they (US taxpayers - ed.) will continue this financing?”

It should be noted that earlier at the Munich Security Conference, Vance criticized Europe for its failure in censorship and migration policies.
