The Turkish government is taking successful steps towards transforming the country into one of the centers of international peace diplomacy.

Axar.az reports that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said these words during a meeting of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) parliamentary faction in Ankara.

"We are transforming Turkiye from a source of stability in the region to a broader framework and into one of the centers of peace diplomacy," he said.

Erdogan added that Turkiye carries the banner of goodwill and spreads an atmosphere of peace, trust, and security everywhere in the world, especially in oppressed geographies.
