A fire broke out at the Puls nightclub in Kočani, North Macedonia.

The fire, which occurred around 03:00 local time (06:00 Baku time), was caused by the use of pyrotechnics.

Rеports indicate that 50 people lost their lives in the fire, which took place in a nightclub with 1,500 attendees.

Dozens of injured individuals have been hospitalized in various cities across the country.

The death toll from the fire in Kočani, North Macedonia, has risen to 59.

This was rеported by the country's Minister of Internal Affairs, Panče Toškovski.

According to him, 155 people have been injured in the incident.
