Erdogan calls for Russian ceasefire

Russia should accept the US call for a ceasefire.

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this during a telephone conversation with his Finnish counterpart Alexander Stubb.

He said that the war should end with a just peace:

"Turkiye continues its efforts for this."

The head of state also noted that it is impossible to achieve a fair, successful outcome by isolating one of the parties.
