Russian and U.S. experts will hold consultations on March 24 in Riyadh.
Axar.az informs via TASS, this was reported to journalists by Russian presidential aide for international affairs, Yuri Ushakov.
"This time, following the agreement reached between the presidents of Russia and the United States, we discussed the issue of holding a meeting of expert groups from both countries, primarily to explore the prospects for the possible implementation of the well-known initiative regarding maritime security in the Black Sea," he told journalists.
"From the Russian side, the participants will include the chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, Grigory Karasin, and Sergey Beseda, an advisor to the director of the Federal Security Service. They are indeed experienced negotiators with a deep understanding of international issues," Ushakov stated.
He informed that the team of negotiators from the United States for the Black Sea initiative has been formed, but the names of its members should be announced by the Americans themselves.
