The relations between Russia and Armenia have never been broken. They cannot be broken.
Axar.az reports the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov said this while commenting on media reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had instructed all his departments to "restore relations" with their Russian counterparts.
"Armenia is a friendly country to us. It is a sovereign state, but there is much that unites us – both bilaterally, historically, culturally, and in terms of joint participation in such an important integration union as the EAEU. And, of course, we are more than satisfied with such mutual respect from the Armenian side towards the prospects of our bilateral relations and are ready to develop them in every possible way," Peskov emphasized.
