A 6.2 magnitude earthquake has been recorded off the coast of Panama.

Axar.az reports the U.S. Geological Survey has provided this information.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located 123 km southeast of the port city of Punta de Burika. The earthquake's focus was at a depth of 10 km.

There are no reports of injuries or damage. No tsunami warning has been issued.
