575 people were detained during protests in Istanbul.

Axar.az reports that 575 people have been detained during operations against unauthorized protests following corruption and terrorism investigations in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

According to Turkish media, arrest warrants have been issued for 178 of those detained.

Investigations regarding the remaining individuals are ongoing.
