Iran: U.S. talks promising

Negotiations with the US can be fruitful.

Axar.az reports that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said this during a telephone conversation with his Italian counterpart, Antonio Tajani.

He said that if goodwill and realism continue between Iran and the US, the negotiations can be fruitful.

Araqchi also noted that the talks held in Rome were constructive.

Tajani, in turn, highly appreciated Iran's responsible approach.

He once again stated that Italy is ready to help advance this diplomatic process.

It should be noted that US and Iranian officials met in Muscat on April 12 and in Rome on April 19 with the mediation of Oman. The 3rd round of negotiations will be held again in Oman on April 26.
