The UFOs ascended two kilometers, then suddenly accelerated, flying over the train and disappearing.

Axar.az reports that historian Zaur Aliyev wrote about this, citing Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.

"On October 4, 1955, while traveling by train near Baku in the Soviet Union, CIA agents witnessed an unusual event. Their attention was drawn to two strange devices that resembled flying discs or flying saucers, almost vertically in the sky.

Documents state that the UFOs ascended to about two kilometers in altitude, then suddenly accelerated, flying quickly over the train and disappearing from sight.

The documents also mention that both unidentified 'flying discs' were rotating and emitting sparks and flames. According to the Americans, the train conductors were very agitated and closed all the windows," the article noted.
