Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, has stated that Russia is not involved in terrorism and will not target European Union leaders visiting Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that in a post on his Telegram channel, Medvedev responded to Kyiv's previous threats against Moscow's May 9th Victory Day parade, calling the Ukrainian leadership "rats."

He further emphasized that Russia does not engage in terrorist actions, countering any suggestions of such behavior.
