Iran is preparing to deliver launchers for its "Fateh-360" short-range ballistic missile systems to Russia, signaling a further deepening of military cooperation between the two countries.

Axar.az reports, citing Reuters, that Tehran had previously transferred a shipment of these missiles to Moscow in September 2024. However, that consignment included only the missiles themselves and not the accompanying launch systems.

This new development is seen as a strategic move that may significantly enhance Russia's operational capabilities, as the addition of launchers makes the system immediately deployable.
