Russia tightens entry rules

From June 30, Russia will tighten the rules for entering the country.

Axar.az reports that upon entering Russia, you will have to give your fingerprints and have your photo taken.

This bill will not apply only to foreigners from visa-free countries.

Recall that the electronic visa project began in Russia on August 1, 2023. Since then, foreigners can apply for a visa for tourism, business, humanitarian purposes, or guest visits. To do this, you need to fill out a form on the website or in the mobile application. Initially, only 52 countries were included in the program.
