Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov expressed regret that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit to be held in the Belarusian capital Minsk.

“It’s unfortunate, of course. But Armenia will still participate via VKS (video conference). Armenia is a member of the EAEU, an important member,” said the Kremlin spokesperson at a briefing.
