ITV calls for Armenian withdrawal from Eurovision

Azerbaijani Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (ITV) has called on the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the Eurovision-2016 Song Contest administration to withdraw Armenia from the contest for the latest flag provocation during the first-seminal, ITV Director General Jamil Guliyev said, APA reports.

He said that Armenia should receive a deserved penalty for acting against international law.

“ITV administration demanded that the EBU and the Eurovision administration should penalize Armenia’s delegation for their act against international law, which could be Armenia’s representative Iveta Mukuchyan’s removal from the song contest,” Guliyev noted.
