A delegation led by Director General of the Islamic World Organization for Science, Education and Culture (ISESCO) Salim bin Mohammed al-Maliki has begun a visit to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
Axar.az reports that the purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the results of the destruction of Azerbaijan's historical, cultural and religious heritage during the occupation by the Armenian armed forces.
The visit of the delegation started from Fuzuli region.
The delegation led by Salim bin Mohammed al-Malik is accompanied by Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Anar Karimov, Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to ISESCO Ogtay Gurbanov, Secretary-General of the National Commission for ISESCO, Head of the Ministry of Culture Vasif Eyvazzadeh and Head of Foreign Cooperation Isa Mammadov.
