Sheikh: Armenia doesn’t demonstrate constructive position

The Azerbaijani state, giving new life to the destroyed cities and villages liberated from occupation, demonstrates to the whole world the power of the Turkic world, creative culture, and tolerant spirituality.

Axar.az reports that the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade said at the 3rd meeting of Muslim religious leaders of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States.

"Armenia does not demonstrate a constructive position," he said.

“Some political and religious leaders of Armenia do not speak from a position of peace, mutual understanding, but with the rhetoric of revanchism, a new war, they impede the peaceful coexistence of peoples. From this rostrum, I appeal to the Armenian Church, to Etchmiadzin, I call for an end to revanchism as soon as possible, to put an end to provocations, slanderous campaigns and incitement to hatred, to come up with ideas that will bring not new troubles, but salvation to their people," Pashazade said.
