The animated film "Water = Life" made by artists from Tabriz was awarded the best animation award at the World Water Film Festival held in the United States.

Axar.az reports that the festival was held at Columbia University in New York with the participation of UN representatives and environmental experts.

The director of the film is Mohammad Zare, the producer is Akram Khoshwaqt, and the screenwriter is Rana Vaezi.

In his short speech before the audience of the festival, Mohammad Zare talked about the dire situation of Lake Urmia, the need to pay attention to this ecological crisis, and the vital importance of water.
