Baku hosting Azerbaijan-EU business forum

Today, the second Azerbaijan-EU business forum has kicked off in Baku.

The forum is being attended by members of government, representatives of EU Baku-based office, representatives of about 200 companies.

Rector of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) Hafiz Pashayev said at the opening speech that such forums are indicator of development of EU-Azerbaijan relations.

Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev noted that Azerbaijan-EU relations develop quickly. According to him, the forum will yield concrete results. Moreover, Mustafayev stressed importance of extension of cooperation in agriculture, ICT, tourism, pharmacology and other fields.

The forum will focus on exchange of opinions on business and investment in Azerbaijan.
