A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck the city of Ayvacik in Turkey’s Canakkale Province.

Axar.az reports citing Dailysabah.

The outbreak lay at a depth of 6 kilometers. Tremors were also felt in the neighboring provinces, the Turkish media reported.

It was noted that there were no casualties, but the earthquake caused panic among the local population.
