Five people were killed, eight hospitalized as a result of the collision of two minibuses on the Tambov-Voronezh highway.

Axar.az reports RIA Novosti that, representative of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region stated this.

According to her, on the 135th kilometer of the Tambov-Voronezh highway, two minibuses collided - Fiat Ducato and Citroen.

“Citroen swerved into oncoming traffic that led to head on collision. As a result, five people were killed, eight hospitalized”, - representative noted.

Law enforcement officials are working on the spot.
