On March 16, at about 4 pm, the district prosecutor's office received information about the fact that 6 civilians were hit by an anti-personnel mine in the liberated territory of Aghdam region.

Axar.az reports that the Aghdam District Prosecutor's Office told that Huseynov Akif Mukhtar oglu, Huseynov Anar Akif oglu and Abdulov Bahruz Nadir oglu were injured in a mine explosion in the area. Huseynov Razi Akif oglu and Huseynov Bayram Akif oglu were detained. It was determined that they died from injuries, and the minor Huseynov Huseyn Razi oglu was not injured.

The prosecutor's office and police officers inspected the scene, appointed a forensic examination, and other necessary procedural actions were taken.

In connection with the fact, the Aghdam District Prosecutor's Office violated Article 100.2 (planning, preparation, initiation or conduct of an aggressive war), 116.0.6 (violation of international humanitarian law during an armed conflict), 120.2.7 (premeditated murder of two or more persons) and A criminal case has been launched under other articles.
