A magnitude 3.6 earthquake shook the coast of the Marmara Sea in Turkey.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Turkish Emergency Management Agency (AFAD).

The quake occurred at a depth of 7 kilometers, 21.5 kilometers from the Armudlu district of Yalova.

It should be noted that two earthquakes of magnitude 3.9 and 4.8 occurred in Datca district of Mugla, Turkey yesterday.

A 4.2-magnitude earthquake shook the Aegean Sea near the Datca region of Turkey's Mugla province.

The statement came from the Turkish Emergency Management Agency (AFAD).

The quake was also felt in the surrounding areas. There are no reports of injuries or damage.

The tremors caused concern among the population.
