5.0-magnitude quake hits Iran

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 44 km northeast of Bandar-e Genaveh, Iran at 11:11 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

Axar.az reports that the epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 29.8664 degrees north latitude and 50.8405 degrees east longitude.
