A second strong earthquake shook Iran -

A magnitude 6.1 earthquake shook southern Iran.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center.

The epicenter was reported 59 km northeast of Bandar Abbas.

No casualties or damage were reported.

A second strong earthquake has shaken southern Iran.

According to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center, the magnitude of the earthquake was 6.3, 62 km north-west of Bandar Abbas.

One person was killed and at least eight were injured in the quake.

The death toll from the quake has risen to two and the number of injured to 27.
