The Middle Corridor is a very important project not only for Azerbaijan, but for the whole world.

Axar.az informs that Michael Doran, a senior researcher at the Hudson Institute, said this in his statement to Report.

"Azerbaijan's power is increasing day by day. The Middle Corridor project opens great prospects not only for Azerbaijan, but for the whole world," the scientist said.

According to him, due to the fact that Azerbaijan is located at the intersection of Central Asia and Europe, the transport and communication corridors passing through this country create ample opportunities for cargo transit for many countries.

M. Doran, while sharing his views on the restoration of the territories freed from occupation, especially the city of Aghdam, said that he was surprised by the rapid implementation of the restoration works:

"A few days ago I was on a trip to Zangilan. What I saw there made a deep impression on me."
