A landmine exploded in Tarter region and there were casualties.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Minesweeping Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA).

According to information, the incident took place in the direction of Tapgaragoyunlu, which was not cleared of mines.

As a result of the explosion of an anti-tank mine, "RPS Energy Ltd." Nadir Panah oglu Yusifov, Sakhavat Ismayil oglu Gozalov and Farid Mehman oglu Sadiyev who worked with the company were killed.

A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the mine explosion in Tartar.

On April 26, the district prosecutor's office received information about a mine explosion in the area from Talish village of Tarter district in the direction of Tapgaragoyunlu village.

During the preliminary investigation, it was determined that 3 people died as a result of the explosion of an anti-tank mine in the mentioned area.

Regarding the fact, a criminal case has been initiated in the Tartar district prosecutor's office under the relevant article of the Criminal Code.
