Three policemen were killed in an armed shootout near a synagogue in the city of Makhachkala, Dagestan.

Axar.az reports that the "Mash" Telegram channel reported on this.

Another 6 law enforcement officials were injured in the attack.

The synagogue building on Ermoshkin Street was almost completely burnt down.

It should be noted that earlier, a shooting occurred in a church and a synagogue in Darbend.
