Pakistan: 34 dead in two fatal bus crashes

Today in Pakistan, two accidents involving passenger buses occurred, resulting in the deaths of 34 people.

Axar.az informs that AFP reported this information.

The first accident happened near the city of Azat Patton on the border with Punjab province in the northeastern part of the country. "The passenger bus overturned and fell into a ravine. During the accident, 22 people died, including 15 men, six women, and one child," said rescue service representative Faruk Ahmed.

It is noted that the second accident occurred on the Makran Coastal Highway in Balochistan. "A bus with 25 people also fell into a ravine. It is suspected that the driver exceeded the speed limit and lost control. During the accident, 12 people died," the report stated.
