Axar.az reports that the press secretary of the Republic's Investigative Committee, Gor Abramyan, has confirmed this information to Sputnik Armenia.
When Prime Minister Pashinyan arrived in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, local resident A. Arstamyan threw an apple at him from the window of his ninth-floor apartment. Pashinyan and his team initially thought it was a grenade and lay down on the ground. The individual was subsequently detained.
Arstamyan has been charged under Article 297 (hooliganism) of the Armenian Criminal Code. Although he has been released, the case against him is ongoing.
