'Digital Silk Road' project with Turkic states progressing

Cooperation with Turkic states in the field of digital development is continuing successfully. The “Digital Silk Road” project is being implemented between Europe and Asia.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during his speech at the informal Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States held in the city of Turkistan, Kazakhstan.

The President noted that the Trans-Caspian fiber-optic cable line, which is part of this project between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, is planned to be commissioned in the coming months.
