After his visit to Russia, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban together with the European Union wrote a closed letter to President Charles Michel and the heads of EU member states.

Axar.az reports that this law provides information to European officials who ensure the disclosure of the name of the Russian "Sistema" project.

It was reported that the Prime Minister of Hungary arrived in Shusha on July 5 after his visit to Moscow and sent a letter from Azerbaijan in the evening. He explained in the letter that he went to Kyiv and Moscow to "choose the positions of the parties".

According to them, Orban believes that Moscow is on the side of time. Putin does not talk about the losses of the Russian army, but he said that Ukraine loses about 40-50 military personnel every month.

"Putin resisted the attack of the Ukrainian president. Thanks to the help of the Russian president, they are ready to receive any proposal for a cease-fire that does not play a role in the secret displacement and regrouping of Ukraine," the letter reads.

The Prime Minister of Hungary wrote that both sides are prepared to participate in both Kyiv and Moscow. Putin also assured him of the relevance of the "Istanbul agreements", but answered the question about the attitude of the Ukrainian president to the peace formula and the summit in Switzerland.

Orban called on Europe to "take the initiative", while everyone in the US is now busy preparing for the presidential elections:

"If we cannot stop or stop this process (war - ed.), then in the next two months we will see more dramatic losses and events than the events on the front."
