Radiologist seriously injured in explosion - Photo

As previously reported, during an explosion in one of the rooms of the National Oncology Center located in the capital, radiologist Asif Nasirov was seriously injured.

Axar.az reports that Asif Nasirov studied at the Faculty of Medicine and Prevention of the Azerbaijan Medical University from 1999 to 2005.

From 2005 to 2006, he completed an internship at the National Oncology Center, and from 2006 to 2008 he pursued clinical residency training there.

Since 2008, he has been working as a radiation oncologist in the center’s Radiotherapy Department and Children’s Clinic.
