The petition on the release of Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev who were hosted by Armenian armed forces was initiated.

MP Vusal Huseynov told Axar.az that the petition was addressed to the Chairman of the European Court of Human Rights, the President of France, the Chair of the French National Assembly and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

"3,000 signatures have been targeted for the completion of Petition. More than 1500 people have supported ".
