Currently, the Afghan government (Taliban) is moving the "Umar" special forces from Panjshir to the part of Herat bordering Iran.

Axar.az reports that the video was shared on Telegram channels.

It should be noted that there are clashes between Iran and Afghanistan due to the water problem. After Iranian President Rai threatened Afghanistan, the relations became more tense.
