6.2 magnitude earthquake hits Kamchatka

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 has been recorded on Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula.

Axar.az informs according to the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the epicenter was located 276 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

No casualties or damage have been reported.
