NATO is deploying another “Patriot” missile defense system at Incirlik Air Base in Turkiye’s southern province of Adana, which hosts personnel from the United States and other countries.

Axar.az report, the information was released by the Turkish Ministry of National Defence.

The statement said: “In addition to national measures taken to ensure the safety of our airspace and citizens, another ‘Patriot’ system ordered by the Allied Air Command in Ramstein, Germany, is being deployed in Adana alongside the existing Spanish ‘Patriot’ system already in place.”

It is noted that a “Patriot” system was deployed to Malatya last week.
